Yoga Rayne a/k/a "Sharayne Ball" is a highly dedicated and compassionate yoga instructor and wellness coach with a profound passion for guiding individuals toward optimal physical and mental well-being. With over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, Sharayne has become a trusted mentor and advocate for holistic living. 

 

Sharyne's journey as a yoga instructor began after she discovered the transformative power of yoga in her own life. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her overall well-being, she pursued extensive training and certifications in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga. Her deep understanding of anatomy and her ability to create a safe and nurturing environment allows her to guide her students through a practice that is both challenging and rejuvenating.

 

As a health and wellness coach, Sharyne combines her expertise in yoga with her knowledge of nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle management. She believes in taking a holistic approach to well-being, addressing not only the physical aspects but also the mental and emotional aspects of health. Through personalized coaching sessions, Sharyne empowers her clients to create sustainable and balanced lifestyles that promote overall wellness and happiness.
